Our products are made using natural hardwoods.

are normal characteristics of real wood and are not necessarily defects.

No two pieces of natural wood will look exactly alike.

Creative with Creation LLC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

5. Product Approval

Because personalized memorial products are created specifically for each customer, production may begin only after the required details have been confirmed.

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

If we need clarification about your personalization, we may contact you before beginning production.

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices, product availability, wood options, production times, and shipping costs may vary by product.

If a product is listed as a design concept or preview, the final price and availability will be confirmed before an order is accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors.

7. Orders

An order is not considered accepted until Creative with Creation LLC confirms the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A product is unavailable
  • A pricing or listing error has occurred
  • Personalization information cannot reasonably be fulfilled
  • There is a suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Production cannot be completed as requested

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to our refund policy.

When online ordering is available, payment must be successfully completed through the payment method offered at checkout.

Additional taxes and shipping charges may apply where applicable.
